We encrypt by default, applying current best-practice cipher suites and deprecating legacy algorithms. Our team has deep knowledge of implementing GDPR in the EU and is rigorous in protecting privacy. Our Least Privilege Access controls are tightly scoped, with role-based access and regular access reviews. For sensitive asset management, we apply custody and key management controls appropriate to the value and sensitivity of the assets we protect.

Resilience & Continuity

Our infrastructure is designed for high availability across three geographically distributed, self-hosted sites on separate continents, currently under deployment. Any site can be activated seamlessly, providing robust protection against regional outages or targeted disruption. Daily automated backups are verified on completion and stored offsite, with recovery procedures tested regularly to confirm integrity and recovery time.

Our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is a company founder, ensuring security is embedded at the highest level of the organisation from day one. The CISO meets weekly with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with security risk a standing agenda item. Both founders are personally committed to security-first practices across every aspect of the business.

Standards & Alignment

Our security program draws on direct experience implementing ISO 27001, CISCSC18, PSD2, and GDPR compliance programs for consultancies and pillar banks. We maintain documentation and audit evidence to facilitate customer due diligence and security audit. This is highly restricted but is available upon appropriate request.
